Orders

For all custom orders, we recommend inquiring about availability at least 4-6 weeks in advance. Inquiries, requests or questions should be directed to sugarsweetcookiesandtreats@gmail.com or call/text Jen at (612)229-9105.

While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time under 10 days may require a rush fee.

Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made up to two weeks from your scheduled pick-up date for all custom orders. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

How long do your items stay fresh?

All my cakes and cupcakes typically last up to a week as long as they are refrigerated in an air-tight container. Once your ready to eat simply place on counter for a bit to soften the buttercream. If your looking to store your cake/cupcakes longer than a few days I’d recommend wrapping in plastic wrap inside an air-tight container and placing in the freezer. Most but not all my cakes and cupcakes freeze very well. Remove from freezer the evening before you’d like to eat them and place in refrigerator to thaw.

All my cookies are individually heat sealed in a cellophane bag to insure flavor and freshness. The cookies typically stay fresh for up to 2 weeks, if left in their bags. Not planning on eating them within a week? I strongly recommend freezing them for maximum freshness. All my cookies freeze very well. Simply leave them packaged and boxed to freeze. Remove from freezer the night before the are needed. Be sure NOT to open the container or Ziploc until the cookies have completely thawed to prevent condensation and possibly ruining your cookies.
